DETE’s focus is the development and construction of senior housing, commercial, and market rate multi-tenant residential living complexes. Our Founder
Acting Principal of DETE Development, Ken Antaramian has lead the company with his engineering mind and passion for technology and innovation. Taking multi-million dollar projects from infancy to reality, Ken is dedicated to providing superior service to his customers while ensuring completion of a project that is conscientious of budget, what is expected, and most importantly, what is unexpected. Anticipating a client’s needs, Ken ensures implementation of creative solutions to deliver developments that stand the test of time.
During his 20 years at Harley Davidson as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer of Engine Assembly and Test, Ken recognized an opportunity for increased quality, efficiency, and cost-containment which sparked him to conceive and create the world’s first Automated Electrified Monorail for engine assembly. Since that time, he has continued to apply his knowledge and experience to provide unmatched solutions for his client’s greatest needs with unwavering passion for quality, proficiency, and unrivaled results.
